Jelly Santos @MrsJelly Santos Follow Houston has a 24 hour daycare. More states need to have these.

Jelly Santos @MrsJelly Santos. 1d Replying to @MrsJelly Santos You could do what you want with your kids. But don't be shaming mothers that need a break. Specially when lotta y'all don't even watch the kids in your own families so folks could get a break. Even if it is to go need a life too. Selfish at night. Mothers

Nola Dave82 @82nola Dave94 • 1d Replying to @MrsJellySantos What was so important to drop your baby off for less than 2 hours in the middle of the night tho?

Èmi @legTM14 • 1d Replying to @MrsJellySantos How about don't have kids until you can afford to spend time with them????

907Bex @907Bex Replying to @MrsJelly Santos and @carpedatfcknbee Follow I think it's great. If you have a thing come up and you NEED a sitter outside of standard hours, it's important to have a safe option.

Holl e/acc @PerkyCatsup2 Follow Replying to @MrsJelly Santos I knew people would be mad in the comments. But some of us don't live near family, have no one to watch children, work or take classes at night, etc. And childcare workers need to BE paid MORE. It is one of THE most important jobs. If this had been an option, would have been awesome.

MarKeisha | Caree... @_mstrdom Follow Replying to @MrsJellySantos despite this not actually being a 24 hour daycare, this isn't a bad concept. this is a licensed operation, so her and the 19 other parents didn't leave their children with strangers. it's similar to having a nanny.
  • 14
Ashley Sinclair @AshleySinclair Replying to @MrsJelly Santos No. Parents need to be at home with their children in the evening and tuck them into bed at night. Not strangers in a concrete building. Follow ...

Adrian C. Jackson @Adrian CJax. 1d I laid eyes on this tweet and my immediate reaction was, "This is GREAT! Especially for parents who work late shifts or don't have a strong support system around them! Good job, Houston!" ...and then I read the comments and quote tweets. Y'all are some miserable

unk @Unnnnnnnnck 1d yea it's time for yall to stop having children

  • 21
maman@littlstrawberry - 1d the idea of forcing your young child to stay awake until 12am because you wanted to go out for two hours is horrifically bad regardless of the circumstances
  • 22
SON AIR irritable oldhead @Frediculous Follow A lot of people are acting like this kind of daycare should only be used for someone who needs to go to work at night but the counterpoint is that using it for *any* purpose could be safer than a babysitter at your house alone w/your child. Facilities have workers watchin workers

Karlie Hustle @THEkarliehustle 18h A bunch of people who have never offered to look after another person's kid for a few hours appear to have an issue with this. Just say you hate kids, moms and the concept of community support.
