I have a lot of respect for the three bears. They are a beautiful family living in the woods, just trying to exist amongst a population that hates them. Imagine trying to live out a peaceful existence as a bear in a 19th-century woodland area. You would constantly have to deal with little children coming into your home unannounced to eat your food, sit in your chair, and sleep on your bed. How is a Poppa Bear supposed to deal with such a situation? Any regular bear would go full Grizzly Man on that little girl, but Poppa Bear is no regular bear. He has a wife, a kid, and a mortgage. He can't go haywire and show his true animal self. He has to swallow his pride and let Goldilocks get away with her tyranny. And for what? For this privileged girl child to have a meal, sit, and sleep that are "just right." It makes me sick to consider it.
