Summer is 3 months away. Yes, you read that right. If you're anything like me, you love moving your body and trying out the newest ways to feel good. If that so happens to help with the summer bod, so be it.

Working out with my girlies is the highlight of my week. Whether it's attending a new Pilates class or sweating out my frustrations in hot yoga, it's the most therapeutic thing you can do aside from actually going to therapy. Everyone says working out is addicting, but it's a great way to not only stay healthy but enjoy some much deserved time doing something fun. And yes, working out can actually be fun. I've tried some hype dance classes that not only get my body moving, but also my very terrible singing voice a workout.

If you're not one to do in person classes, it's never too late to try it out. Make it a goal to give a new type of class a try and you might meet your new best friends in addition to sweating it out. Finding friends that love to do what you enjoy is a great perk.
