When you need help deciphering a code, fear not, for the internet loves coming to the rescue.
This Dungeon Master did something very silly. He wrote a handout for his players, which had a significant place in the plot, and then he totally forgot what it said because he didn't write down the translation. First, he posted the note on r/dnd and asked for help, and then he also invited people to make fun of him, because he has a sense of humor.
Luckily, the internet banded together to help him crack the code… Many people said that the writing looked similar or even identical to the Falmer script from Skyrim. What is that? Well, Falmeris, spoken by the Falmer, originates from both Aldmeris and Cyrodis. Ah, Skyrim. I love that game.
