'It's my house my rules': Son kicks out overbearing mom for continuing to make breakfast despite his wishes
They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but apparently, that slogan was made up by breakfast cereal lobbyists. The most important meal of the day is whatever one you want it to me. Personally, I'm a breakfast believer, just because I love breakfast foods. Give me a fried egg, a bowl of oatmeal, heaven forbid a croissant. I'm set. On the other hand, I am a lunch denier. I never know what to eat for lunch, and it always eludes me. I'm a 2 meal a day kind of gal unless it's a super long day (but then I'll probably just snack).
All to say, we all have our own eating practices and we're entitled to them. Of course, our moms are going to want us to eat (because we're growing boys), but when you're an adult, you get to do what you want. Except if you're the subject of this recent Reddit post.
