Welcome to the workforce! Hope you like trauma… Unfortunately, women endure way more toxicity in the workplace than men. That's how it has been since the dawn of capitalism. Is it because we were meant to relax by a springwater stream and be fed fresh fruit off the vine and worshipped? Who's to know… But we have more than proven ourselves that we can hack it in the workforce. In fact, women are really bossing it up these days. That being said, there are countless little things that still give us the ick in the workplace.
