Others would say, that the cutest position is when they put their lil feet under their chins and sleep on top of their paws with a smile peaking out. Absolutely adorable. The last contender is the position in which they are so carefree and trusting, that they sleep on their backs with their tummies all sticking out and exposed to belly rubs. Practically irresistible.
