On a college campus, that's wildly inconsiderate. That dude is responsible for at least three other drivers having to spend more time driving around, wasting gas and time. A lot of colleges are quick to write up a ticket for offenses like that one. But in lieu of that, this person had a clever alternative. It's a harmless little joke that will keep that Corvette owner occupied for a few minutes, and it's a great idea to keep in mind for the next time you're frustrated by a bad parking job.
