    While it might not be the best thing for us hoomans to ingest large quantities of alcohol, it is hilarious to mess with hoomans who have. And this dog and its pawrent most certainly understood the assignment and went full force into it. We can only hope that his pawrent was waiting around the corner, dressed as a ghost ready to jump out and chase the passers-by.
