Well, the working week is almost over, and while you have made it through successfully once more, there is a good chance that you are still looking for something to help you cope with the monotony of the day-to-day, as more than likely it will start all over again in a couple of days. It is rather amusing how this kind of behavior on a Sunday can be considered as resting and recovering, whereas the same behavior on a Monday would be considered avoidant and depressive. Who thought that 24 hours could have such an impact on our perception. Maybe we need to start normalizing sleeping face first during the week too.
A pawfect example of the technique needed to successfully complete a mid-week nap, to get back all the energy you put into the beginning of the week. In reality, we should be getting Wednesdays off to rest and recover, but failing that a good, deep nap like this will most certainly make do.
