Are you familiar with the saying 'How are you holding up'? Usually, people ask other people this question when they are facing a hard time. Well, I think it is time that we start coining this sentence as a normal greeting even when you just meet a coworker in the morning. Because I need people to ask me how I am holding up, it is not easy, and I need to be comforted and cared for.
