Do all cats have a whiskery sense of humor, or is there always a pair where one is a goofball, and the other a grump?

My fluffy felines, Spock, Leo, and Tangerine are all really silly, and even though Spock is probably the moodiest, he doesn't frown that much. I think hoomans are way more grumpy than cats. But then again, our little critters haven't worked a day in their 9 lives. They don't have to get up early and head off to work. They get to take a nap whenever they please. Food?
