Hey there, friends and animal enthusiasts alike. When adopting a new member of the family (of the animal variety) coming up with a name for them that is both unique and adorable can be a daunting task. The original poster (OP) of the featured thread took to Reddit to do some brainstorming regarding creative and cute pet names, and as usual, the internet did not disappoint.

One astute commenter pointed out their own categories of pet names. The first is human names, like Steve, Bob, or George. The other category is names associated with food, like Sushi, Waffles, and Taco. We think that both of these categories are simply phenomenal. And most definitely will offer OP some guidance when finally settling on a name for her precious new feline family member. We sure hope that she comes up with something as adorable and unique as she is hoping for! We have a penchant for food-related names. At home, we have two hooligans, Sushi and Crunch. And they live up to their silly names every single day.
