When will be the day that employers realize that the best way to make the business successful is by treating their employees like human beings? It's not like it is an extremely hard thing to do, they simply have to pay them what they're due and encourage them to perform well by providing them with good rewards. Why do employers still go for the tactic of 'We're talking away everything good about this company, good luck'? When has it ever in the history of any business, worked out for the best both for the employer and the employee?
These are questions that I could definitely ask the employer in this Reddit piece after they decided to cut hours for their employees across the board but still demand that they double their sales. They also raised the bonus target so high that they are now impossible to reach and hinted that by the end of the month, some employees are going to be fired. Overall, a great approach to make sure the employees are doing a good job.
