'He's home. He's mine. He's happy. He's safe': Sweet stray lab named Dollie pawfectly selects his new dog-mom, woman can't resist keeping him furrever

The universe tries to tell us things sometimes. Whether it's a well-timed care package, a heartwarming text from your kids, or the wet boop of a snoot on a Saturday morning, some signs are more obvious than others. The mother and dog lover in our next story couldn't deny the mechanisms of our serendipitous world when a sweet stray lab–malnourished and injured–came dashing at her from the tree line one fateful morning.

Although she tried to deny the good boy that came out of the woods and picked her as his new pawrent, she couldn't say no to what he did next. The dog followed the woman for miles, taking his liberties as her plus-one pooch for a work event and relentlessly giving chase to the lady he knew would rescue him. And sometimes, even though you don't need more dogs in your life, you've just got to listen to the call of Fate and bring that doggie home.
