Parking is one of those situations that can make even the sanest and most reasonable members of society into a raging feral ape. You could be a doctor or a lawyer the next minute, and the next, you're raging at some entitled stranger for squeezing into the spot you were waiting for or for parking like an idiot.
You know how this goes: You pull into the parking lot of the grocery store to see someone's monstrosity parked, taking up an impossible number of parking spaces… That or some small suped-up sports car that hardly needs one space parked so that no one can park in any of the spaces around it.
Yeah, that's enough to make even the most reasonable among us do unreasonable things. That's why when this guy saw some vehicles parked like this, he decided a little bit of pettiness was in order to remind them not to flout societal rules.
