Mommy Cat Loves Her Kitten So Much She Squeezes, Squishes, And Smothers Him With Affection

To close off Caturday, we're bringing you a heartwarming little video that's full of love, care, and tenderness. The spotlight is on a baby momma cat named Mimi and her newborn kitten. Mimi gave birth to four kittens a little over 3 weeks ago, but unfortunately, not everyone made it out alive. Out of the four kittens, only one survived the birth. 

While Mimi's loss is terrible and incredibly heartbreaking, there's always a light at the end of the tunnel. In this case, it means that Mimi has more love and attention to give to her baby survivor. What beholds is a short video of Mimi comforting, hugging, squishing, and grooming her baby kitten. You can tell that she's super protective and appreciative of the kitten just by how firmly she hangs on to him. If you ask us, there's nothing more wholesome than the bond between a momma and her baby.
