When someone ruins what could have otherwise been a great job for you, there's no better feeling than helping them on their way to unemployment as well.
This worker made the tough decision to leave a job they loved due to the unbearable attitudes of the workgroup's executive directors, who had a propensity for taking credit for others' work and rewarding themselves for doing so while deriding those workers who had actually done the work for them. After being accused of underperformance in what was undeniably a setup, the workers resigned from their position—but after their departure, the organization's analyst was able to prove that they not only had been doing their own work, but had been doing the work of others as well.
They recently got the chance to share their experience with their current boss, who happens to serve on the board of their previous employer. Their boss initiated an audit that revealed one of the old director's misdeeds—sending her packing, disgraced, after 25 years of employment.
