Listen… "Curiosity killed the cat" is an idiom for a reason. It's true not only for some of us as human beings, but it's also literally true for cats. They stick their noses and paws into anything and everything that they have a mild interest in. The cat ate the wasp. That's not the wasp's fault.

House cats are different, they really are. If this was not a house cat that was being fed on a constant and consistent basis by his human servers, then this mouse would be a goner by now. But this cat is spoiled as heck, so instead, he's just making a friend.
