I am so sick of these meetings. I work in a facility as a trainer, and my job is to onboard and train employees, retrain, and remediate.

These meetings are all about reviewing spreadsheets and reviewing every metric they can review. Reviewing to review.

The trouble is they call me out not doing enough trainings. Today for example, I had to cancel two trainings to have a meeting about why we need more trainings.

And always, the people who run the meetings are NOT on site. These are work from home senior managers, sitting in their living rooms telling me to do more, while their meetings make me do less.

It is so frustrating. I enjoy my job otherwise and love what I do, so let me do it!!
