'USPSpspsp': Mailman Befriends Local Felines Who Give Him the 'Street Cat Stamp of Approval'

I don't know about you, but whenever I see a cat on the street, I try to call it over. What's the only surefire way to get a street cat's attention? The tried-and-true 'pspsps' of course!

Obviously, it doesn't always work because cats are strong and independent creatures, capable of making their own decisions by resisting hooman mind control. HOWEVER, when a cat-loving pedestrian encounters a feral feline that'll come up to them using the 'pspsps' we've simply got to brag about it to other cat lovers–which is exactly what one mailman in Philadelphia does every day. Unsurprisingly, this man is a local legend, known for being a cat whisperer on his route, approaching and petting as many cats as possible every day. How does he do it? Well, he's USPS(psps) after all...
