Any Disney nerd and fan out there has probably already been to the movie theatre in order to watch Inside Out 2, a movie that is all about the struggles of growing up, being a teenager, friendships, and of course, facing your emotions. When I went to see this movie last week, I thought it was going to be light and funny, you know, just like you would expect from a children's movie. I should have expected that this movie would not be just that, but that it would also be such an important opportunity for self-reflection and for facing my emotions and struggles.

I do not want to get into the plot too much, in case there are some fans here who still didn't get a chance to catch the film, so I am not going to spoil anything. I just needed a moment to sort through my emotions, share them with you all, and say that if you loved the first Inside Out movie, I am sure you are going to love this one.
