20 Furbulous Photos of “Frodo”, the Festive Feline Movie Star Who Proved He’s Method Acting to Purrfection in “A Quiet Place”

A Quiet Place: Day One came out just two weeks ago, and ever since, the internet has been obsessing over the true star of the whole movie – Frodo the cat.

If you did not hear about Frodo already, let us explain. This movie is basically about a woman trying to save her cat during an alien invasion (That is what we gathered, at least). The aliens are drawn to sound, so she has to stay completely silent while trying to navigate the ruins of New York City in order to find sanctuary. On her journey with her cat Frodo, she meets a man, and together they try to escape the city (and save Frodo).

The thing is, nobody expected a horror movie to be all about saving a cat, and nobody expected the cat to be the actual star of the movie. Throughout the entire film, we see Frodo (played by two sweet cats named Schnitzel and Nico) being simply the best cat ever, chilling in a tote bag or being carried around, and every single shot of him makes you want to enter the post-apocalyptic world just to be able to pet him.
