Director Justin Lin Confirms the Official Title of Star Trek 3

We're headed back to the Enterprise for a new voyage, blandly titled Star Trek Beyond.


Star Trek 3's director, Justin Lin, confirmed the name of his film on Twitter and revealed this first look at a costume. We don't know much about Star Trek Beyond, but we do know that Simon Pegg is co-writing the script, and he's said he's written a role for Idris Elba, rumored to be an original villain. The title may be lacking, but I'm still looking forward to July 8, 2016.
