Not everybody is going to be happy, then, if partners and family members go out of their way to eat the things their loved one has an allergy to right in front of them. This is something that caused some controversy on TikTok recently after one wife jokingly called out her husband for ordering a shrimp cocktail at a restaurant when she has a deadly shellfish allergy.
