One of the things that I think we have to agree is a universal good about summer is that it makes people slow down. There is no rushing around in the heat, or at least there shouldn't be. Provided you have some decent AC, it's also a nice excuse to hide inside and look at memes instead of going out, touching grass, and smelling the flowers. Memes stimulate our senses without us ever even having to leave our houses or even our beds, so it's probably no surprise that we choose to consume them at the level that we do. Luckily, those who create them and share them are more than happy to keep up, giving us novel things to be judged by an audience time and again. This list is no different in that respect and with any luck, it will be able to hit the spot like it usually does.
