It happens to all of us, we get old. That's just how it works, babes. You are only young once. You can always be young at heart, but your body isn't going to always show it. Just look at Madonna… She's trying to hold on to her youth so hard and it's really fighting her back on it. Sure, you see Shakira and JLo in their 40s/50s looking way younger, but they're not fighting their age. They are confident to be their age. So stop fighting it! One of the best part of getting old is understanding yourself better and not giving two birds and a stone about what anyone else thinks about you. Your knees might crack every time you get out of a chair now, and your lower back starts to hurt when you're at a concert for too long, but c'est la vie, baby!
