You know what I miss? Those "How did they do it?" shows on TV where they reveal the magic behind the making of our favorite movies. I remember finding out that the giant marshmallow man from Ghostbusters was just a guy in a suit, walking around a miniature set of New York and filmed in slow motion, Or that Marty McFly was actually dangling from a crane with the hoverboard glued to his shoes in "Back to the Future: Part 2". Every movie had some really clever tricks that the filmmakers used to make us believe that Superman could fly or that E.T was a real alien.
Then the 2000s came and the answer to every "How did they do that?" question had the same answer - "with CGI". That's why I still love to go back and see pictures like these, Where you see an stuntman literally hanging from the front of a moving truck, and a bunch of people trying to capture the action from another truck, driving right next to him. That's why movies like Indiana Jones are still exciting - because they are real!
