We have recently moved to a new house and took that chance to reorganize our gaming setup. Instead of a gaming-centric living room, completed with prominently displayed PS5, Xbox Series X and a White Nintendo switch, We decided to treat ourselves to a dedicated gaming room. It came out really nice, where every member of the family has their own desk with a gaming PC, and there is a separate corner with a big screen TV connected to all the consoles.

But sometimes you just want to sit on the sofa in your living room and lose yourself in a virtual world. Well, I just found out that as long as you have a PS5 anywhere in your house, you can still game on the TV in your living room. There is a dedicated app for android TVs that connects to your PS5 via your home network and allows you to play as if the PS5 was connected directly to your television. It works great and allows us to have a living room that looks a little more… adult.
