The story below is an account of a confused employee. The original poster (OP) returns from his lunch break to find an email from his boss. According to the email, arriving late is considered disrespectful and will not be accepted. The email also includes time stamps to substantiate the previously stated tardiness. Basically, the micromanager provided the employee with a time stamp indicating he was one minute, or sixty seconds, late for work, rather than solidifying his case with hard proof of the supposed tardiness.
