Woman Trying to Take a Lost Kitten to the Shelter Ends Up with a Box of 7 Abandoned Puppies, Becomes Their Full-Time Foster Mom

When you are an animal lover, it seems that animals in need know it. They come to you in waves. One minute it's just you and your adopted doggo hanging out on the porch, the next minute you have 5 dogs, 12 cats, and a parakeet that won't stop swearing. You might be overwhelmed, but you're also happy with your odd little impromptu animal sanctuary. However, it is a lot of responsibility…

So, when it gets a little too overwhelming, there are shelters and rescues that can help. This one woman on TikTok was trying to do the responsible thing and take a kitten she found to the shelter. She already had her own cat and dog and didn't think she could financially handle another cat. So she did the responsible thing and sought help. While she was waiting for the shelter to open, she was in line with a few people, a woman, and two men. The two men had a box of puppies and the woman was taking one off of their hands. So the lady with the cat started chatting with them.

Mid-cat she discovered that the shelter was actually closed that day. When she announced this, the men told her they were just going to leave that box of puppies there on the shelter's doorstep. She advised them not to since it's August and extremely hot and also, that's irresponsible. But they didn't care. So, as an animal lover, she told them she would take them. Now, she still has that kitten and an additional 7 puppies… Adorable puppies though that she can't help but love. She's already got them seen by the SPCA, and registered—they should be ready for adoption in a few weeks. The world needs more animal lovers.
