So, after notifying her current landlord that she was not going to be renewing her lease, she signed on to a new apartment that better suited her needs. While things were going reasonably well at first, things quickly spiraled out of hand when the landlord demanded that she leave the washing machine and dryer—which she had paid for, may I add—because the new tenants would not sign the lease if the two items were not included in the apartment.
