Neighborhood kids caught throwing eggs at guy's car, guy gets their military father involved: 'I know those slimy chimps will never mess with me or my family again'

Some kids need to learn things the hard way. Usually, we have sympathy on this site for kids who get unnecessarily scolded by tightly-wound adults, but this one is a different story.

Here, we have a pair of misbehaving miscreants who kept picking on the Redditor's younger brother. When the Redditor confronted the kids in his brother's defense, he assumed this would be the end of it. Unfortunately, the kids made the reckless decision to get back at the Original Poster (OP) by throwing eggs at his car. OP caught them in the act and drove all the way to one of the kids' homes. When the kid's militant father saw the damage, he and OP banded together to ensure that the kids never messed with OP's family again (and to ensure that the car would be thoroughly cleaned).

    Trouble was that I didn't go out to the parking lot for maybe 8 hours after when I suspect the eggs were thrown. I thoroughly washed my car at that point, but the paint job was ruined. There were "pits" where the top layers of paint were gone. I ended up getting the whole car re-finished to try to keep it from rusting.
