Leather_Piano7395 OP 2d ago I did. The place I live is rounded by wooden areas and pretty isolated, but I took pics and me and my neighbours circulated it within regional whatsapp groups and social media. He isn't chipped, though, and is very affraid of humans in general.

ParticularSubject411 • 2d ago It sounds like your cat's a natural caretaker. How is the new kitten settling in?

Leather_Piano7395 OP 1d ago • he's doing great! unfortunatly, he has worms, but is being medicated and will be fine soon. he follows mama cat everywhere and they love to cuddle in a chair we have at the porch. he's still a little suspicious of his dog siblings, but they are all adorable and are respecting his space.

Leather_Piano7395 OP 2d ago Edited 2d ago i live in a rural condo with several small farms. i have a pet cat who lives indoors, but also circulates around the property. last week, a kitten showed up and none of the neibourghs knew where he's from. well, she brough him home and it seems she adopted him. vet came in today and the cat pyramid scheme keeps working fine. colin8696908 • 2d ago I like how OP had to rephrase "I have an outdoor cat" to "i have a pet cat who lives indoors, but also circulates around the property." because r/aww has become such a hostile subreddit that you can't even suggest having an outdoor animal.

Leather_Piano7395 OP 1d ago if i lived in an apartment at the city i would certainly have safety nets. but this was a stray cat that showed up at our porch 5 years ago, grew up within nature and with lots of other animals around. she is neutered and chipped, doesn't go too far away of the house and is very dependable of human affection, but would be really sad if we locked her in. we have a small lake and she absolutely loves to sit in mu father's lap while he's fishing
