Wholesome Dog Mom Rescues Golden Retriever From a "Breeder", But She Secretly Stashed Six Adorable Surprises For Her New Owners

We love dogs, but we've always been a fan of this motto: "Adopt, don't shop". We get it that you want a purebred golden retriever. We really get it - what's not to love? They're goofy, they're derpy, they're great cuddle buddies, and they basically exist with one brain cell, but there are so many other doggos out there that need our help! Plus, some "breeders" don't treat their doggos well, just like the one in this heartwarming rescue story. A wholesome dog mom rescued a momma golden retriever from her life at a breeder, only there was one pawdorable surprise waiting for them upon arrival….

Well, multiply that by six, and now you have the number of surprises she secretly stashed away! Turns out she was two weeks pregnant when she was rescued, and she ended up having six pawsitively sweet puppies at her new owner's house. Congratulations on your new puppies!     Look at this proud momma! She looks so happy, as she should be. We're so grateful that she was able to have them in a home with people who love her, and she will actually get to wean them this time.

    Puppies are so cute. Especially when they are fresh out of the baby oven! There is nothing more precious than holding newborn puppies, you just want to snuggle them for furever.

    Mum bought her off a "breeder" who said she'd only just gotten rid of her last litter of puppies and she was done breeding with her. We worked out she must have been at least two weeks pregnant when she was adopted.

Maybe consider letting one stay.. just what I would do you don't have to but after a lifetime of having puppies and watching them all leave I feel like letting her "keep" one would be nice. But puppies are no small feat! They take a lot of patience and training so even if you can't keep one thank you for letting mama just enjoy her life

    Worried-Series-6160 2d ago Awww, look how happy and proud she is!! Please do not give the puppies away for free, there are evil humans who would use them as bait dogs. The pups look like purebred goldens, I would ask the breeder for copies of the certificates of the sire and assume you have Momma dogs. This should help you find good homes for these sweet babies when it's time.
