Other people, people who get easily wrapped in fan cultures, go through an entirely different experience when they find something they truly cherish and enjoy.

I always described myself as 'the perfect consumer' when it comes to what I do with the content I enjoy. Because once I get into it, I cannot get out. I will consume every bit of information, reading, watching, and buying everything related to that piece of media, and will not shut up about it for months. I truly am the dream consumer for anyone trying to 'sell' their creation to the public, just as long as it lights up a spark in me.
