Even when you use your best judgement and buy items from reputable sellers, you may find yourself opening the package and looking at a bad product. Sometimes you get a knockoff item that is definitely not what the photo advertised. Other times your package arrives looking like it's been through a tornado, leaving your product damaged. You never can know for certain what'll happen in the time between hitting the "place order" button and the mail carrier dropping the box off at your door.
