The stress and pressure got to much- they demanded way too much for the money and reminded me constantly of how bad I was at the job- insinuating I was super replaceable I wanted to quit the day after they brought me into the office to basically give a me a run down of all the things I've done wrong.

rxspiir • 8h ago More money for the same situation + possibly more responsibility isn't worth it unless that amount of money is life changing.

copper678 • 10h ago I'd probably take the money and still look for a new job...It's a rough market out there.
