23 Hilarious Sci-Fi Memes to Fill Your Nerdy Needs (October 7, 2024)

One of my favorite sci-fi tropes is alternate universes. Okay, it might be more than a trope. It might be real if certain astrophysicists are to be believed. But I love to see it represented in movies and TV because the concept is so endlessly interesting and also hard to wrap your head around. You mean there are infinite universes out there, and some of them might look EXACTLY like this one, except that I was born with blue hair and that was totally normal? Infinity is an almost impossible thing to fully hold in your head. I sometimes need a cartoon, like Rick and Morty, to show me all the possibilities that this can hold. Pickle Rick somehow helps me grasp astrophysics.

This is a beautiful thing about sci-fi. It can educate as it entertains. You know what also does that? Memes. Especially these sci-fi memes that celebrate our favorite far-out stories.
