Heartwarming Hooman Notices Entitled Kid’s Behavior Towards Shelter Kitten, Decides to Rescue the Fluffy Feline by Awwdorably Adopting Him

We all probably encountered at least a few kids who have no clue how to handle tiny, and often helpless, pets. Some kids can be extremely aggressive towards animals, usually when they are much smaller than they are. Often those kids are not even aware that what they are doing is wrong, which is why it is up to the parents to educate them about being kind to other living things, especially if they consider letting their kids raise a fluffy friend of their own.

The little girl in this Reddit story arrived at a shelter with her dad to adopt a kitten, but was extremely aggressive toward all the tiny felines there. This raised alarms for another woman at the shelter, who observed while the little girl went from kitten to kitten until she settled on an awwdorable orange one. However, before the kid's father managed to secure the adoption, the woman swooped in to rescue the kitten from the little girl's claws and ended up adopting him herself.
