33 Memes That Are a Step Forward

As units of entertainment that often reflect our behaviors and the society that we live in memes can often be revealing about both where we have come from and where we are going. Sometimes you have to spend a bit more time with them than you originally intended to to get to the point of it, but it is there if you care to look. We could even go as far as saying that some memes are progressive; they are (kind of) concrete proof of our changing attitudes, for better or worse. That is a pretty cool thing to witness, and it offers us yet another reason to show some extra appreciation for these amusing internet images that we often treat as disposable. We may forget individual memes, but it is hard to shake the impact and ideas that they may represent. Granted, a lot of them are pretty stupid.
