Remote worker discovers his gossiping coworker is secretly recording their conversations: 'What is her problem?'

Every coworker enjoys a little bit of gossip every now and then. If you're a fully remote employee like the remote call center workers in this story, it makes sense if you get a little bored and lonely during the work day. That's what innocent gossip with coworkers is all about.

However, here we have a Karen coworker who may have accidentally revealed that she has had an ulterior motive this entire time. It turns out that despite the fact that she is the person initiating phone conversations with this Redditor constantly, she has also been secretly recording their conversations. Thankfully, the Redditor isn't paranoid because he hasn't said anything substantial. However, the Karen in question has no idea yet that the original poster (OP) is fully aware of her little scheme.
