Pregnant Cat Refuses to Give Birth Unless Her XL Bully Dog Bestie is There By Her Side, Shows Just How Caring and Nurturing These Misunderstood Dogs Really Are

There are lots of misunderstood dogs out there in the world, but one breed in particular really gets done dirty. That would be the XL "Bully" breeds. These big-headed sweethearts are big and strong, so they are constantly taken by bad dog owners who do nothing but treat them poorly, so they are raised to be "bad." But that is not their fault! In reality, these pups can be the sweetest, calmest-tempered, loyal, and nurturing dog you have ever met.

In the UK, where it is illegal to walk your XL Bully Breed in public without a muzzle (heartbreaking!), one dog named Gunner is showing the world that bully breeds are actual sweethearts. He is besties with his kitty sibling. Recently, she got pregnant and her hooman was preparing to help her through the entire birthing process. She did everything by the book and even made sure to remove Gunner from the birthing area any time her cat started to finally show signs of labor. However, this little mama-to-be kitty was not having it—she NEEDED her bestie by her side. So when Gunner would be removed, she would leave her birthing box to go searching for him. She would meow, whine, and refuse to return to her birthing area until Gunner was back in the room.

Finally, the hooman understood and decided, despite other human's advice, to bring Gunner back, and it was a great decision! The cat was immediately comfortable with Gunner by her side and Gunner waited patiently for hours while his bestie started to have her kittens. He even met the kittens right away and was the most gentle and caring pup ever—but he never got his priorities mixed up! His main concern was making sure his bestie kitty cat sister was doing okay. He would check on her, make sure she was ok and leave her alone when she needed, and he even is by her side while she nurses.
