Oh hey, animal fam. We're currently recovering from our Thanksgiving meal last night on the couch. An unstoppable force (our desire to be a couch potato all day while our food digests) is currently meeting an immovable object (our bodies) and it's creating the perfect environment for scrolling through perfectly hilarious animal memes all day. What else are we supposed to do? Cook? Hah - good joke! We've done enough cooking for the next week or two, so now we get to enjoy our day off in peace with the company of our silly animal friends in meme form.
The stretchy sweatpants are on, we've got a fuzzy blanket wrapped around our bloated bodies, and our phone is at 100% battery (a rare yet joyous occurrence) - so we've got nothing but time and giggles to gobble. If we didn't already want to be a penguin, we certainly do now. Sure, you'd have to live in a zoo your whole life, but you never have to worry about anything else. Being a wild penguin sounds kind of scary though…decisions, decisions.

This is a current picture of us from this very moment. We knew we shouldn't have had that second helping of mashed potatoes and gravy…and a second slice of pie….and then a midnight snack before bed. Oh well. It was worth it.
