Hosting a Thanksgiving dinner is one of the most challenging tasks to embark upon, especially if you invite your family. It is one thing to have a cutesy dinner with some friends and wine, but another thing entirely to have to cook for your mother, siblings, cousins, grandparents, etc…

I love my family, but the thought of hosting this kind of dinner with everyone makes me want to curl up in my bed and never leave, so it would probably be a long while before I give it a try.
