One of the best things about having a partner is that you almost always have someone to do things with or to go to events with. Going to a work function or a party with a partner is way better than going alone. Sure, sometimes alone time is fun, but what's better than having your favorite person along for the ride? Unfortunately for the guy in this relationship, the rug may have been pulled out from under him. In every relationship, there's usually one person who likes to plan ahead and another who goes with the flow, adapting to changes as they arise. They usually complement each other, but occasionally, their differences can clash. That's exactly what happened in this couple, though one might argue that one partner was simply blowing the other off. I'll let you decide.
From cancelling plans to attend a scheduled stand-up show, to backing out of a work event, and then lashing out at her partner and their foster child, this guy is seriously rethinking who he's living with and who he is marrying. And if he's not, maybe he should be. What does this mean for their future? Hopefully, these two 'lovebirds' can work it out, but that is, if they can still be called that at this point.
