There's nothing like a good night's sleep! As dull as it is to sleep for 8 or 12 hours, you're almost guaranteed to wake up feeling excellent. You'll feel full of energy and ready to tackle the day. There are endless benefits to getting into a solid snooze, but it's just not possible for everyone all the time. 

On those days where you don't get your best sleep, you'll really feel it. The day drags by, you might find yourself snacking more, and you may be impatient with those around you. Just ask the people below, none of whom are sleeping very soundly. 

For some people, (un)natural disasters befell them, like one person whose ceiling fan detached in the middle of the night and fell on them! As for other people, they're trying to get some shut-eye in unfamiliar places, and finding difficulty no matter what they do. Like one person explained, they're sleeping on an air mattress in the living room. That's already not ideal, since people can walk around the house and wake them up. But then, they explained that their GF's mom made herself at home on a chair in the same room, and is insisting she needs the bright TV on to get sleep. That's going to be a rocky night of sleep!
