POV: Woman Shares Footage of Herself Reuniting with Her 15-Year-Old ‘Soul Dog’ for the Holidays and Pawdorable Wholesomeness Ensues

When you grow up with a dog, you learn many valuable lessons, one of them is experiencing unconditional love. Sure, some people might say, "it's totally conditional because it's dependent on you feeding them!" And we say to them… Shhhhhh. Nobody asked you. Go away. It is unconditional, dogs have proved their loyalty over and over again. Go back to your pet rock. ANYWAY, we'd like to share this adorable video we stumbled up recently on TikTok. It is of a woman returning home for the holidays and reuniting with her family pet. The dog is a 15-year-old senior Chihuahua (mix?) and she calls him her "soul dog." The video is so wholesome you can feel it through the footage. A perfect quick watch for the holidays! Because, in our opinion, the best part of returning home for the holidays is getting to see the pup that you grew up with once again, even in their old age, they mean everything to you and always will.

The pawdorable video shows the woman sitting next to her senior pup. The dog starts to stir and you see him quickly pick up a scent. With his old age, he seems to not be able to see too well or even hear, but he smells her. And he starts to get up and search for her. He turns around and quickly realizes who is next to him. His tail starts to wag and he slowly gets out of his little bed and crawls onto her lap to cover her in kisses. She seems equally as happy to see her sweet old man pup who will probably always be a puppy in her eyes. Just watch for yourself below!
