    JR0359 This is the advice you should take. Many states have on call requirements & that notice says you're on call whether your boss understands that or not. Turn them in.

    czechmate90 HR advice: Take a photo and send it to your HR team/ corporate, and let them know that your manager is requiring people to be on call for shifts and ask if there will be a shift differential moving
