Deciding to work out is one thing, drumming up motivation to actually do it is a whole separate feat. Some do this by sheer force of habit, they know they have to work out at a certain time, so they do. Some do it with pump-up music, upbeat songs that get them ready to pump iron. But I do it with memes. Memes inspire me.
